But for the main links below, I am focused on the East Lothian region moving east from Edinburgh. This small stretch of Earth is home to one of the most golf-rich areas on the planet. It is one of my favorite drives in Scotland because there is a moment as you approach the town of Gullane where your GPS shows golf holes on both sides of the road and that is all that you see!! Golf Heaven! Any golf fan in the world could hunker down in East Lothian for a week and have the golf week of their lives!
